Morning Caretaker note: Harley is very simply a funny dog. He has this quirky personality that I just love.
Harly came from a hoarder situation in Tennessee. The individual collected 115 dogs and kept them in disturbing conditions. We have another dog from this rescue, her name is Molly.
I have worked with Harley since he came to us. He has gone from a very emotionally distant dog to one that enjoys life. He had little to probably no human contact where he lived in Tennessee.
I have gone from not being able to get near him to him now eating out of my hand and trying to get the snack bag from me. I mean it when I say he is funny.
He thinks it's BIG funny when I go out in the outside runs to pick up poop. He runs around grabbing at the scoopers and dancing with laughter. You can almost HEAR him laughing!
He has bonded with the puppy Scotty. Scotty to had a hard start and they need to find a home together. They both enjoy the outside.
I have at the time of writing this, 11/3/12 worked with Harley and Molly four times with a leash.
